One workflow at a time.
Digital Energy AI sets up AI on the repetitive back-office and follow-up work in a small business, and keeps a person on every decision that matters. This is how an engagement runs.
The three steps
- 01
Name the workflow
Pick one job that repeats: closing the books, routing an inbound request, following up on a lead after a quote goes out. If we can't point at the steps, it isn't ready to automate.
- 02
Place the intelligence
Decide what a model or agent should draft, sort, or fetch, and what a person must still approve, whether that is a coded invoice or a reply to a new lead. AI inside the spreadsheet you already use is a different placement than a custom agent on a private folder.
- 03
Run it in operations
The work has to survive Tuesday. Same inputs, a clear handoff, and a way to see when it failed, including the lead that never got a reply. A demo that only works on sample files is not the engagement.
What a first engagement looks like
First
Map the workflow with you.
Next
Build and test on your real files.
Then
Run it live with a person approving.
After that
Keep it, adjust it, or pick the next one.
What stays with your people
- Approving anything that posts to your accounting system
- Sending anything to a customer
- Final numbers and wording in a report
- Whether a flagged item needs action
